Sales Coordinator

About the Role:

FDM is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to become a key point of contact within the Sales team and to liaise with clients.

The role will be based at FDM’s New York office, reporting to the Senior Vice President for North America. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with Account Managers to successfully place our consultants on client sites. We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate the potential to build a successful career in Sales. In this role, you could progress to become a key member of our Account Management team, creating and developing relationships with our high-profile clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with Account Managers and Senior Management across all deliverables; assist in understanding client requirements and match consultants to them accordingly 
  • Partner with the People Team to support client on-boarding and audit request 
  • Earn understanding of placement and sales cycle while assisting in its fulfillment 
  • Assist consultants with their preparation for interviews: including editing resumes and assisting in conducting mock interviews 
  • Conduct sales analysis and create Sales Reports to enable business decisions  Create, review and execute induction documents for partners and consultants 
  • Key point of contact within Sales team and across departments 
  • Help arrange meetings and events 
  • Complete general onboarding and engagement tasks on both internal and external CRMs 

Qualifications:
  • Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to work under pressure with enthusiasm 
  • Self-motivated and highly target-driven 
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail 
  • Technically proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
