Internship - Customer Success

Clients come to us to become digital influencers in their industry—from growing target audiences on social channels, to creating smart and savvy social content from tweets to blogs, to building personal websites. The objective is to grow their personal brands to help better reflect themselves and their organizations. We have developed an app to help clients do this easily. We do this in part through our proprietary social media management technology, the Qnary app.
 
We are currently looking for a Customer Success Intern within our Customer Success team.
 
CS Intern Job Duties:
 
Primary responsibilities:
  • Responsible for quarterly growth report creation and profile optimization for clients
  • Work closely with the Report Analyst and Customer Success Manager on all aspects
  • Work closely with the CSM and SMS teams to ensure all content materials to create reports are prepared in a timely manner
  • Find creative solutions for process and workflow optimization
  • Learn/experience how to build a growth report
  • Learn/experience how to optimize all client social profiles and present
  • Learn how to report social media analytics for executives
 
Required skills:

●  Understanding of Microsoft suite (word, ppt, excel)
●  Attention to detail
●  Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
