Business Development Representative (Sales)

Sales/Business Development Representative (Commission Only)

WHO: If you are passionate about sports technology and working to create business value for startups, we’d love to talk to you.

SUPERVISOR: This position will report directly to the Co-Founder/CEO who has a MBA and Sport Management background. The CEO will provide virtual training, project assignments and meeting times to work and review projects.

TERM: This is a 6 month virtual internship experience with an estimated time of 10/hrs a week.

The key focus will be on driving new business. The ideal candidate loves the thrill of the chase, and is comfortable selling to anyone from tournament directors to the parents of athletes.

  1. Lead generation - finding events in your region that would be a good fit for In-Form Sports and their video services
  2. Outreach to youth travel teams about the rental packages for ball-tracking cameras and how they can build a community that helps them earn video credits for future events filmed. 
  3. Willingness to show up and capture film for events by providing a demo 
  4. Assisting in marketing and sales strategies to generate new business and assist in driving the growth of the company
  5. Familiar with the Sports Industry, prior playing experience a plus

This is on a commission only basis. The more that closes, the quicker you get to getting a base pay along with commission.

We are offering 10% commission to any sales professional who can help us acquire new clients and grow our company revenue as well as achievement bonuses.
