Job Description – Sales Intern 
 
Overview 
We are looking for an individual to join our team and who is interested in gaining experience in B2B sales. This role is focused on supporting communication and outreach initiatives to help identify new clients and foster business development.  
 
Our consultants are key drivers of our success. We are seeking professionals eager to gain knowledge and experience while making a strong contribution to our growing practice.  
  
Job Responsibilities: 
  • Generate new business opportunities to drive growth 
  • Outbound prospecting to Corporate and Association clients via cold calling 
  • Work to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business 
  • Develop and maintain call logs and scrips based on the various B2B target campaigns 
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending regular emails, appointment setting) 
  • Uncover prospect’s business challenges and identify relevant new business opportunities 
 
Qualifications: 
  • Experience/interest in in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Sales, and/or Marketing 
  • High volume cold-calling experience 
  • Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and consumer marketing and/or an ability to learn rapidly 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively 
  • Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual 
  • Proficient in using, LinkedIn, Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint 
  • The ability to write and/or edit user-friendly copy and integrate graphics to enhance message 
  • The ability to make decisions independently 
  • Knowledge of the ESG and financial industry is a plus
