Fall 2022 Hybrid Intern, Sports Data Project Management

The Job:
The WM Sports Data Project intern will gather requirements, requests, and contribute to the oversight of projects across the Marketing Operations team. This position will be responsible for providing timelines, capturing data requests and project requirements across various sports brands and functional groups. This position will work across all Turner Sports properties plus additional WarnerMedia brands that require support.

The Daily:
• Meet with stakeholders across functional groups to understand and capture data related needs, gaps and requirements.
• Work with the data operations team to update and monitor requests in the various project management systems.
• Provide updates and escalate issues/blockers the team encounters.
• Familiarize self with the various sports brands and business units within each brand (E.G. NCAA Shop vs. NCAA March Madness)

The Essentials:
• Excellent business and interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience working with technical projects
• Experience working with project management systems (Jira, Asana)
• Experience with project management
• Experience working across multiple teams

Internship Program:
Students must be currently enrolled in a college degree program for the full duration of the internship
Fall 2022 program dates are October 3rd – December 9th; must be available for full program duration
Part-time schedule (16-24 hours/week) required
Company-issued computer or secured remote access provided for the duration of the internship program.
