Creative Writing Intern
This is a remote position
We are a beauty and clothing brand seeking innovators and creative thinkers! Currently, we are a small team who is looking to grow brand awareness, increase customer retention and increase sales. If you are passionate about story-telling, planning creative photoshoots, have an eye for social media trends, have a passion for making photos/videos that make people stop scrolling, know how to convince an audience to fall in love with a product and can build trust to form a lasting relationship between the brand and their audience, we would love to have you join our team!

Description:
Write 4 new blog posts total - (2 for Modernish Beauty and 2 for Modernish Clothing)
Writes guides and marketing copy for both brands - (Modernish Beauty and Modernish Clothing)
Proofread articles before publication
Write content for company websites and other pages as needed
Collaborate with team to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify/solve problems
Assist with coming up with ideas for new content
Create and implement content based on current social media strategy
Research for content - ie: important holidays/ trends/ what’s going in world that would pertain to this business
Attend biweekly zoom meetings (other meetings as announced)
Qualifications and Requirements:
Excellent writing and editing skills
Ability to capture the voice of a brand and communicate it through copy
Passion for content creation and storytelling
Must stay current with evolving trends
Must be able to work independently but still be productive
Must be a creative thinker
Excellent time management skills - must meet deadlines
Must be able to create quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness
Must sign agreement to confirm non-disclosure, confidentiality, duties, etc.
Plus/ Not a must:
Interest in marketing
Interest in fashion and beauty
Passionate about story-telling
Some knowledge of excel (don’t need to be skilled)
Experience with Adobe Suite and Canva
