Job Description
The Information Technology and Services Internship is a program designed to help students gain in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience within Northwell Health’s IT Department. The internship will enable you to make the most of your education and expertise as you help us leverage information technology to change lives. This 10-week, full-time, paid program is designed to expose you to one of many technology areas that can dramatically impact how we deliver care. These areas include: 
•   Application and Business Solutions
•   Data Center
•   Facilities Management
•   Infrastructure
•   IT Security and Risk Management
•   Project Management
•   Strategic Planning
•   Service Management

Responsibilities:
  1. *Participates in the collection and preparation of data relative to the work of the department.
  2. *Assists in studies to objectively ascertain the efficiency, economy and effectiveness of department or Hospital operations, policies and procedures.
  3. *Assists management in facilitating new programs and/or procedures.
  4. Performs related duties, as required.

Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in college majoring in related field, required
  • Undergrad Junior, Undergrad Senior, Graduate Level
