Summer Analyst

Finback Investment Partners ("Finback") is seeking a driven, high character Summer Analyst to be part of a growing, entrepreneurial firm. Finback is a private equity firm founded by Governor Jeb Bush and a team of seasoned investors and operators to invest in mature and growth-oriented companies. Finback opportunistically pursues investments in a diverse set of verticals including business services, information technology, education, healthcare, industrials, digital infrastructure, and financial services. Typically, Finback invests alongside blue-chip private equity firms in companies that would benefit from Finback's network and value add.

Finback prides itself on its lean, entrepreneurial culture and is looking for a Summer Analyst who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Summer Analyst will have the opportunity to work across the organization and directly with the senior management of the firm.

What You'll Do: . Work on all aspects of due diligence for potential investment opportunities . Conduct market research on various companies, business sectors and economic trends . Develop financial models and other quantitative analysis . Research and profile investors to enhance the pipeline . Assist with business development initiatives for portfolio companies . Support marketing efforts and investor communications

▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

▪ Some knowledge of accounting and finance is a plus

▪ High academic performance and a track record of success

Finback is seeking a Summer Analyst that can work full-time during the summer (June – September

2022), ideally in our Coral Gables office. The Summer Analyst role will be compensated.
