Clients come to us to become digital influencers in their industry—from growing target audiences on social channels, to creating smart and savvy social content from tweets to blogs, to building personal websites. The objective is to grow their personal brands to help better reflect themselves and their organizations. We have developed an app to help clients do this easily. We do this in part through our proprietary social media management technology, the Qnary app.
We are currently looking for a Reporting Intern within our Business Development team.
Social Media Reporting Intern Job Duties:
Primary responsibilities:
- Analyze client social channels for high performing content and key indicators of growth
- Responsible for aggregating social media KPI and relevant metrics for reporting
- Work closely with the Report Analyst on all aspects of report creation
- Organize and track progress on pending quarterly reports
- Find creative analysis of content performance
- Work closely with the CSM and SMS teams to ensure all content materials to create reports are prepared in a timely manner
- Work closely with BPOs to identify and address any issues and possible errors that occur
- Learn/experience how to build an interactive infographic report
- Learn how to report social media analytics for executives
