Graduate Admissions Ambassador

The Graduate Admissions Ambassador is responsible for supporting the recruitment and
enrollment efforts across all full-time graduate business programs, in particular the specialized masters and will report directly to a recruiter or team leader.
Duties include and are not limited to the following:
- Speak with prospective students on the telephone, in-person or virtually via platforms such as Zoom
- Set appointments for candidates to meet with the admission advisor
- Speak with prospective students to confirm basic program details and address
- frequently asked questions
- Manage general email inbox by responding to FAQs directly and forwarding more complex
- inquiries to program recruiter
- Support virtual office hours
- Leverage and create daily reports for new and follow-up contact outreach by phone and/or
- email using prepared templates
- Update database weekly with applicant details, missing documents, and status updates
- Call and mail old leads and participate in the lead/toss program
- Occasionally assist with event planning for informational admissions presentations
- Co-create presentations in collaboration with recruiting and admissions team
- Support engagement activities
- Other duties as assigned
