Customer Communications Representative
Job Description
The Customer Communications Representative will be a highly organized, detail-oriented, individual who will participate in contacting customers to drive attendance to worldwide roadshow events throughout the year. They will also be required to organize and manage event logistics and shipment of marketing materials, as well as manage inventory to include ordering, receiving, counting and storing collateral and materials.
Responsibilities:
· Contact customers and partners to drive attendance to Kaseya events
· Work with marketing to facilitate customer events
· Work with account managers to set up product demos for customers
· Contact customers to attend product webinars
· Rebuttals - draft talking points for most common customer rebuttals
· Salesforce hygiene –add notes and update information in Salesforce so information is current and accurate
· Maintain a database of customer issues and Salesforce discrepancies and forward to the appropriate department for resolution
· Contact customers to confirm attendance
