Sales & Marketing Assistant

We are currently looking to hire an Assistant that will support the Sales & Marketing team. As a successful hire, you will be well versed in Microsoft Office and able to create a variety of documents as needed such as sales presentations and provide general sales analysis.

Responsibilities:
-Works closely with Sales & Marketing Department and provides administrative support to the
Sales & Marketing Coordinator
-Prepares, formats, and creates a range of documents utilizing PPT, Word & Excel
-Understands the brand and current product assortment
-Responsible for sample requests as needed

Requirements:
-Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
-Administration or sales and marketing experience
-Attention to detail
-Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
-Excellent organizational skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
