Role & Responsibilities:
As the financial analyst – renewals you will join the Go to Market finance team and contribute the following:

  • Provides timely delivery of daily, weekly, quarterly reporting
  • Create and manage Salesforce, Power BI and Excel dashboards for the renewals organization
  • Perform data analysis and research, with the ability to manipulate, analyze, and recognize business trends
  • Source data from multiple sources and aggregate in an automated manner
  • Assist with forecast roll-ups, pipeline, and trending reports
  • Improve existing processes for sales forecasting and pipeline evaluation. Determine gaps in current analysis and work closely with operations and finance management to improve existing processes and reporting
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, accounting, and marketing teams to develop and implement solutions
  • Responds to Ad-Hoc data analysis requests from senior sales leadership team as needed

Qualifications Required / Preferred:
  • 2 years of related experience in corporate finance, consulting, or related field
  • Familiarity working with Salesforce
  • Advanced Excel with strong technical ability to automate reports required
  • Prior experience querying data and create dashboards using ETL (eg. Alteryx), SQL and Power BI
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated individual that is able to work independently, as well as participate on team projects
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to complete assignments given aggressive time constraints with high-quality level
