Location: Spring, TX (combination of WFH and client facility)
Rate :- $25/hr
Job description
This role consists of connecting, configuring and managing conferencing solutions.
Skills required: PowerShell Script development, system imaging and remote management.
- Work well cross-functionally, have strong interpersonal and written communication skills, be able to operate successfully both strategically and tactically
- Collaborate with multiple teams at different locations in client organization
- Passionate about innovating on behalf of customers, can demonstrate a high degree of ownership
- Work directly with Product Managers, SME’s and other stakeholders to gather requirements to understand their goals and work with the Dev and QA teams
- Understand application functionality
- Planning and execution of project activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English language.
- Ability to effectively communicate with product managers, SME and other stakeholders.
- Manage platform schedules
- Knowledge of ADO
- Development life cycle (Agile-Scrum/Test Driven Development) methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.
- Using software quality assurance tools and processes
- Collaborate with Developers and Management to understand the technical specifications of the product
- Knowledge of conferencing rooms applications like Zoom/Skype/Microsoft Teams
- Manages activities of supporting program teams, internal and external development partners; ensures alignment with unit strategy and owns responsibility for overall program.
- Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders.
