Work directly with Product Managers, SME’s and other stakeholders to gather requirements to understand their goals and work with the Dev and QA teams

Understand application functionality

Planning and execution of project activities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English language.

Ability to effectively communicate with product managers, SME and other stakeholders.

Manage platform schedules

Knowledge of ADO

Development life cycle (Agile-Scrum/Test Driven Development) methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.

Using software quality assurance tools and processes

Collaborate with Developers and Management to understand the technical specifications of the product

Knowledge of conferencing rooms applications like Zoom/Skype/Microsoft Teams

Manages activities of supporting program teams, internal and external development partners; ensures alignment with unit strategy and owns responsibility for overall program.

Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders.
