Finance Analyst Rotation Program

Spotify is looking for recent graduates and/or career professionals just starting out in the finance field from diverse or underrepresented backgrounds with a strong aptitude and interest in the finance field. Program Analysts can expect an immersive experience in Spotify’s innovative culture and fast paced business environment, utilizing creative analytical strategies and concepts.

Who You Are

The Finance Analyst Rotational (FAR) Program is a 24-month rotational program for diverse emerging talent passionate about corporate finance in Spotify’s Internal Audit, Accounting, Treasury and Financial Planning & Analysis organizations. To improve the learning experience, you will work on exciting projects in four separate 6-month rotations - learn more below:
  • You are curious, creative & passionate about numbers.
  • You want to pursue a career in Finance and are willing to make a 2-year commitment to find your next step.
  • You are collaborative, adaptable & able to dive into the details.
  • You think in a fun & innovative way about solutions.
  • You have or are pursuing Bachelor’s degree with prior coursework in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field.
  • Your graduation date is between May 2020 and May 2021.
  • You are hardworking, able to meet deadlines and approach your work with a self-starter mentality.
  • You self-identify with one or more of the underserved/underrepresented groups: Black/African American, Hispanic/Latinx, Native-American/American-Indian
