Marketing Intern

Springbot is seeking a Marketing Intern to join one of the fastest-growing, most innovative, startups that have been recognized for three consecutive years as one of Atlanta’s Best Places to Work. This role will join our marketing team working directly for the Head of Demand Gen to create and implement marketing strategies to help drive new prospect awareness and lead generation as well as customer expansion and product adoption. The Marketing Intern will be focused on creating and implementing our Q1 and Q2 campaigns to prospects and customers as well as supporting partner marketing activities with shopping cart platforms Magento, Shopify and BigCommerce; and product partners such as AdRoll, Facebook, Instagram, and Google.


Requirements

  • Assist in creating social media content consistent with the current marketing campaign; monitoring and handling response management for the company’s social media accounts, and conduct paid social campaigns drive awareness to the company’s web site or for its thought leadership content;
  • Edit, curate, schedule and manage bylines, social posts, blog posts and overall thought leadership content specific to the company’s target customer, SMB eCommerce Marketers;
  • Develop, edit, schedule and analyze multi-touch email marketing campaigns in Pardot;
  • Write presentations as well as scripts to be used in community-organized industry meetups, webinars, podcasts
  • Research, aggregate, organize and optimize keyword data, industry research, trends to make key marketing insights into case studies, content pieces, one-pagers, and more.
  • Create enablement materials that extend a marketing campaign to the direct sales channel
  • Use Wordpress/HTML to edit and modify content on the company website.
  • Help with SEO optimization - make guided changes to metatags, titles and webpage content
  • Design infographics, collateral, and other campaign assets with photo editing programs such as Indesign and Canva.
  • Help with event coordination and promotion for industry events including Shopify, Magento meetups; Magento Imagine and IRCE.
  • Assist with product development cycle, providing insights for new feature requirements and developing documentation, training materials and launch collateral for new features

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Undergraduate studying marketing or other related liberal arts degree
  • Experience working in a professional, yet dynamic work environment
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness and interest to work as a team
  • Experience using design programs, social media, and other digital marketing channels or tools.
  • Experience developing presentations in Powerpoint, Keynote or other presentation software
