Graphic Design Intern
Currently, Taxfyle is looking for a graphic design intern to work closely with our design and marketing teams. The intern will play an active role working on marketing materials, custom ads for digital marketing campaigns, and unique illustrations.
You’ll be fully immersed in one of the fastest growing startups in Miami also gaining an understanding of startup culture, product, design, and technology.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Illustrate concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size, and style
- Create iconography, font treatments, graphic web designs, logos and illustrations
- Produce still and animated graphics for web banners
- Partner with the content, marketing and engineering teams to provide high-performing materials for email campaigns, events, advertising and social media
- Design customized pitches and presentations
- Create and review site material to ensure the most intuitive presentation of content
- Articulate the value, vision and roadmap for content by providing your recommendations based on research and competitive assessments
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in using design tools, including Sketch, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Experience Design, Photoshop and After Effects
- Photography, illustration, video and motion graphics experience a plus
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a workload of multiple projects and competing deadlines
- High energy and self-motivated
TIME COMMITMENT:
- Hours of operation are 9am and 6:00pm Monday thru Friday
- Must be available to work up to 20 hours per week during academic year

RATE of PAY:
- $12- per hour
