Human Resources/Compensation Intern Summer 2019
The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis is now recruiting for a Human Resources Intern for the 2019 Summer Internship Program!
We are looking for a student majoring in Human Resources Management with a strong interest in Compensation. Advanced Excel skills are a must! We are interested in students who possess strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; that have a solid work ethic and a strong motivation to learn.
Our summer internships provide talented students an opportunity to gain valuable experience by working on projects that support our business areas; and, ultimately impact the national economy.
We have a variety of paid internships for both undergraduate and graduate students. Most internship assignments are project-based. As an intern in the 2019 Summer Internship Program, students can expect:
- Development Workshops
- Q&A Sessions with Senior Leadership
- Formal Mentors
- Formal evaluations and exposure to other business areas
The Summer Internship Program is capped off by a week-long experience structured to provide interns with the opportunity to showcase the skills they have acquired over the summer—combined with teamwork, time management and presentation skills—in a group effort to find a solution to a real bank problem.
