This opportunity will allow college students to gain working experience in a business setting. This hands-on learning allows our interns to apply business practices learned in their business courses.
- Responsible for policy maintenance, to include but not limited to drafting new policies, updating policies and consolidating policies for the Procure to Pay team.
- Develop and maintain Playbooks for P2P processes under the guidance of team leads
- Develop and maintain Process maps for P2P processes under the guidance of team leads
- Manager communications for P2P team. Assist with creatin a monthly Newsletter, Intranet article updates and Intranet page management
- Process analysis, reviewing current state looking for improvements with teams.
Requirements:
- Strong writing skills
- Fluent with Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of Visio
- Familiar with process mapping
- Experience in policy writing is a plus
- Any experience in writing up requirements or contracts
- Strong verbal skills
We have 1 MBA summer internship available in Procurement located in our Estero, Florida HQ location. The successful Procurement MBA summer intern will be exposed to all facets of the corporate Procurement organization.
