2019 US adidas Internship - Wholesale/Sales

2019 INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OVERVIEW  
The Internship program includes the following elements to round out the work you do with your team on a day-to-day basis:  
  • Intern Orientation 
  • Speaker Series with business leadership 
  • Cross-Functional Project 
  • Intern Sports League 
  • Social Events 
  • Mentorship

Wholesale/Sales Internships are available in the following functions:
Sales Operations | Business Analytics | Strategy | Digital Partner Commerce

YOUR TASKS
  • Raise brand awareness through market analysis on consumer and competitive landscape.
  • Gather data and identify trends/opportunities to evolve and grow the business; quantify growth opportunity and financial projections.
  • Identify focus areas and make recommendations to improve brand presence.
  • Assist in the development of presentations, systems, and coordinating event activations.
  • Present ideas to engage with our consumer beyond the digital & social realm.
  • Present a point-of-view on athlete, collegiate assets and celebrity event activations.
  • Partner cross-functionally on communications, product life-cycle process, media requests, etc.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables, etc.), PowerPoint
  • Business Analytics, Business Management, and Sales Degrees Preferred
  • Visualization and reporting (e.g. Tableau, MicroStrategy, Alteryx, R, Python, Spark)
  • Customer Experience Analysis and Measurement (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Testing & Optimization tools (e.g. Optimizely, Adobe Target) 
  • Marketplace Commerce (e.g. eBay, Amazon, Etsy)

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Currently enrolled in a 2018-2019 full-time academic program.
  • Expected graduation date Winter 2019 or Spring 2020
  • Eligible to work in the US without restrictions.
  • Available to work full-time in Portland, Oregon for the duration of the summer program (May 29th or June 12th – August 23rd).
