Business Development Intern

OneBlade, a Stansberry Research affiliate, is looking for a Business Development Intern to join their team in Baltimore, MD!

OneBlade started from the ground up to create an entirely new single-edge razor for the man who cares about his shave. In their customers own homes. They didn’t just give it their all to accomplish this—a handful of their team members gave it their face. 

Now they are looking for one more team member to help them carry on with their mission. And you could be that person!

Responsibilities
This internship will consist of International Sales and retail list building, finding and communicating with partners to extend our global reach. In addition to list building this position would also comprise of the daily customer service responsibilities and tasks.  

  • List Creation: Research and pursue opportunities for corporate gifting and international vendors.
  • Communicate daily with customers and vendors (phone, chat, email).
  • Build rapport and manage relationships with international retailers.
  • Respond to, assist, and resolve customer’s requests, questions, and issues.
  • Support Customer Experience Manager in daily customer service needs.

Other Duties and Responsibilities
  • Process improvements to achieve and sustain company goals.
  • Develop and maintain standard procedures and policies; ensure adherence to company guidelines.
  • Monitor and review current procedures for efficiency, accuracy and workflow, modifying as necessary.
  • Form and Evaluate customer service training program.
  • Identify areas of sales opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer Service or Sales experience.
  • Self motivated and prioritizes tasks accordingly.

Other Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
