We currently have an opportunity for a career minded student to work in our busy Transport Division office located in Miami Florida. This paid internship opportunity will provide students with real time exposure to finance & accounting. Some of the job responsibilities would include:

- Ensuring compliance with all Company, DOT, OSHA & MSHA safety policies & procedures and a safe working environment for our employees & visitors to the facility.

- Working with AR/AP reports, reconciling data and assisting with correcting any errors and resolving any issues.

- Assisting with invoicing, customer service and working with customers & vendors.

- Assisting with accounting & finance reporting. 

- Any other work assigned by Management. 

Qualified candidates should meeting the following:

- Junior or Senior level Accounting, Finance or related degree. 

- Ability to use computers, phones, and software.

- Strong background in MS Office Software, specifically MS Excel. 

- Ability to multitask, communicate clearly and effectively.

- Organized, self motivated and hard working.

- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week.
