The Opportunity- Architecture Intern
GliddenSpina + Partners is seeking talented team members for an Architecture Internship!
As an Architecture Intern, you will be expected to work both independently and with Team Members to multiple tasks that allow our team to accomplish their project goals. This will consist of assisting with research, drafting, presenting ideas, and coordinating various efforts of the production process. This may include, picking up redlines, assisting with presentations, creating block outs, as well as any other task that serves as support for our production team.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Picking up Redlines
• Preparing Drawings sets for Delivery
• Assisting with Presentation Preparations
• Research
• As-Builts
• Assist with adding Details to our Library
• Rendering and Schematic Design
• Block out Model Creations
• Sq. ft. Take-offs
To be considered for the opportunity the Student must meet or exceed the following requirements:
• Be willing to learn and apply direction quickly
• Ability to Communicate Effectively both Verbally and in Writing
• Junior and Senior Interns preferred
• Entry- level experience using AuotCAD or Revit
• Entry Level experience using Photoshop
• Entry level 3D Rendering Experience
