Sales Analyst Intern - Target
As a Sales Analyst Intern with BIC, you will assist in projects/tasks relevant to the development and execution of Sales team core competencies and strategies. This may include partnering with the Target Customer.
This position will be based in our Minneapolis office located at 800 Lasalle Ave.
Specific projects/tasks may include but are not limited to:
- POS analytics and Sales support
- Leverage POS data tools to uncover insights and use those insights to develop compelling customer presentations
- Develop, build, and maintain team scorecards
- Competitive Pricing Project
- Support Sales team in reporting and analysis
- Assess team business needs
- Expand knowledge on Categories
- Support the Target team members
Desired Skills and Experience
- Must be entering Junior year (college)
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint)
- Analytics/data experience
- Ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and in team environments
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Results driven
