Customer Experience Intern

General Responsibilities
Marketing and Advertising majors will gain experience in Brand Marketing for the Hertz brand including execution of rebranding and repositioning through integrated marketing campaigns. The intern will help develop customer communications and drive revenue working alongside the Hertz Brand Marketing Team.

Project support may include managing project timelines, collaborating with marketing channel owners on project execution, reviewing analytics to optimize campaigns and provide recommendations on improvement and working with outside partners wishing to collaborate with Hertz. This is a fast-paced environment, which often requires the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities and Learning Outcomes:
* Assist team with requests from various departments for Brand Marketing support
* Provide support for rebranding and repositioning of the Hertz brand as execution phase begins
* Act as a champion for the Hertz customer, to assist the team in developing and optimizing a marketing campaign plan for Hertz that will drive customer acquisition, engagement, satisfaction, loyalty, and lifetime value and other defined KPIs.

Mandatory Requirements

Required Qualifications:
* GPA of 3.0.
* Passion for Brand Marketing
* Knowledge of brand marketing, integrated marketing communications, market research and campaign performance & analysis
* Creative and analytical thinker
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
