• Support special projects and other marketing initiatives as they arise. Firm & Client Service Support

• Learn the fundamentals of our business and financial planning practice.

• Become comfortable assisting with entry-level client service and administrative tasks as needed.

• Support the broader team with projects that help the office operate efficiently.

• Be willing to step outside of the traditional "marketing" role and contribute wherever needed.

• Strong interest in marketing, social media, video, communications, content creation, or creative work.

• Demonstrated experience creating video and/or social media content.

• Self-starter who takes initiative without waiting to be told what to do.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.

• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a team.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative thinker who is comfortable bringing new ideas to the table.

• Professional and comfortable representing a financial planning firm.

• Willingness to learn basic financial planning concepts and client service processes.

• Business or finance experience is not required.

• Bring creativity and energy to the team.

• Follow through and get things done.
