Campus Ambassador - Great For Students Who Are Looking To Work In Consumer Marketing, Events, PR, Business, Etc.
Wait & See is a voice-first social app for people tired of endless swiping, whether they’re looking to date or make friends. During “open hours,” users tap Start Talking and get matched for a short, anonymous phone call with someone nearby. If both people like each other, they unlock a chat and their photos are revealed. We’re an early-stage startup available on iOS and Android, and we just won the New York City Founders Live event. While the Co-founder Todd Lewis, who will be leading this program is based in NYC, it is not a requirement to live in NYC. We need help growing across all college campuses nationwide.
We’re looking for college students to join us for a paid, part-time Campus Ambassador internship from late October through May 2027, with 4–6 flexible hours per week scheduled around classes. Preference will be given to students who hold leadership roles or are actively involved in student organizations, academic clubs, student government, athletic teams, club sports, residence hall councils, cultural organizations, volunteer groups, fraternities, or sororities
You’ll work directly with the founders to help spread the word through campus outreach, student organization partnerships, and small growth projects you can include in your portfolio. You’ll also get a behind-the-scenes look at Meta and TikTok campaigns, creator partnerships, and real campaign data; research audiences and competitors; and collaborate with other interns on short-form content ideas. Appearing on camera or posting on your personal social accounts is optional. The internship includes bi weekly 1:1 founder mentorship, a professional reference upon successful completion, and support for academic credit where your school approves it. We especially welcome sophomores and juniors aged 18 or older who are curious, self-directed, and familiar with TikTok or Instagram, with students of any major encouraged to apply.
The role is primarily remote, with optional in-person mentorship with co-founder Todd in NYC. If your college permits, we can work with you and your school to support earning academic credit for the experience.
