We're looking for a Production Assistant to support our production team on a part-time basis. This role is a great entry point for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of production work in a hands-on environment.

What you'll do:- Support the production team with day-to-day logistics and coordination- Help manage schedules, call sheets, and production documents- Assist with setup, breakdown, and on-set operations- Communicate with crew, vendors, and talent as needed- Run errands and handle administrative tasks that keep production moving- Assist with equipment handling and inventory management- Step in wherever needed — production is unpredictable, and flexibility is key

About you:- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a film, media, communications, theatre, or related program- Eager to learn and willing to take on tasks big and small- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods- A team player who communicates clearly and follows through- Familiarity with production terminology or on-set experience is a plus, but not required

This is a part-time, onsite role based in Little Rock, AR. You'll get real, practical exposure to production workflows and an opportunity to build your resume with hands-on experience.
