CAA Summer 2027 Internship

CAA (Creative Artists Agency) is one of the world's leading talent and sports agencies, representing artists, athletes, and entertainers across every facet of entertainment. 

The Summer 2027 Internship gives you a real look at how a top-tier talent agency operates. 

What you'll do

- Support agents and assistants with day-to-day operations 

- Help track deal flow, contracts, and scheduling logistics 

- Sit in on pitches, calls, and internal meetings (when appropriate) 

- Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence 

- Handle administrative tasks, such as phones, calendars, expense reports as needed

About you

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program with a graduation date of December 2027 - June 2028. - Genuine interest in the music industry and how talent representation works 

- Strong written and verbal communication 

- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling competing priorities 

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

- Prior experience in entertainment, business, or a related field is a plus, not a requirement
