Responsibilities
The HR & Executive Operations Intern serves as a vital bridge between executive leadership, People Operations, and cross-functional project teams. Designed for high-potential candidates, this role works directly with executive staff and the CEO's office to manage administrative backlogs, streamline HR operations, track action items, and step in as an agile project contributor to keep key organizational initiatives moving forward.
Executive & HR Operations Support
- Backlog Management: Track, organize, and clear operational, administrative, and documentation backlogs for executive staff.
- Talent & Onboarding Coordination: Assist with intern and employee onboarding, maintain contact cards, track access permissions, and update internal HR systems.
- Executive Action Tracking: Attend leadership syncs to record accurate meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up tasks across active projects.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks within operational workflows and recommend practical solutions to optimize efficiency.
Special Projects & Cross-Functional Support
- Project Deployment: Serve as a flexible resource on ad-hoc company projects whenever teams need additional operational leverage.
- Interdepartmental Communication: Facilitate smooth communication between the CEO's office, department heads, and project leads to ensure project milestones are met.
- Research & Pitching: Conduct desk research, draft short proposals, and prepare presentations for executive review.
Qualifications
- Education: Recent college graduate or current senior pursuing a degree in Human Resources.

- Solid organizational and backlog management capabilities.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential executive and HR information.
- Proficiency with core office and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Discord).
- Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, solution-oriented, and comfortable balancing structured HR workflows with fast-paced, dynamic project demands.
