Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Model and champion the mission, vision, and values of Snake River Strings Co.
- Advocating for Snake River Strings Co., our mentors and team.
- Be a face of the company to welcome customers and help students feel welcome
- Sales
- Assist with inventory
- New student onboarding
- Promptly and professionally manage and respond to all customer inquiries and communication that are received via in-store visits, emails, or phone.
- Respond to emails and website inquiries
- Answer phone calls and respond to texts
- Manage social media
- Communicate studio events (group classes, recitals, and performances) with customers
- Billing: Organize and log student payments
- Ability to run reports, analyze results, and set daily/monthly goals for the studio; react/adjust as needed
- Ensure all policies and procedures are implemented
- Plan, delegate, and follow up on expected task assignment, and activities to ensure expectations and objectives are met.
Requirements
- No music experience required!
- Previous experience leading a team is a plus
- Experience with marketing is a plus
- Confidence, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) including active listening.
- Ability to work with urgency while balancing multiple tasks
- Patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Adaptability to flex to changing priorities and expectations
- The ability to work a flexible, part-time schedule
- Be able to work with little to no supervision
