Social Media Marketing Contractor

FortiFly Sports is a growing youth athlete development company serving athletes ages 10–18. We’re looking for a creative, proactive Social Media Marketing Contractor to help grow our organic social presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

We’ll provide raw footage, brand assets, and company updates. You’ll turn them into engaging content, manage the content and publishing process, engage with our online community, and experiment with new ideas to help the brand grow.

What You’ll Own

• Plan, create, and publish approximately 4 core pieces of content per week
• Edit provided footage into Reels and short-form content
• Develop hooks, captions, and calls to action
• Create occasional carousels or simple graphics
• Adapt content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Manage the content calendar and publishing process
• Engage with relevant accounts, comments, and online communities
• Monitor social activity and flag inquiries or conversations that need FortiFly’s attention
• Review content performance and use insights to test new ideas
• Bring your own creative and growth ideas to the table

Who We’re Looking For

Formal professional social media experience is not required.

We’re looking for someone who is creative, dependable, self-directed, and genuinely excited about social media and marketing. You should be comfortable taking initiative, experimenting with content, and having real ownership in helping grow a brand’s social presence.

An interest or background in marketing, business, social media, communications, digital media, entrepreneurship, or sports is helpful, but not required.

If you have a strong feel for social media, enjoy creating content and engaging with online communities, and want hands-on experience helping grow an emerging sports brand, we’d love to hear from you.

Compensation & Structure

$400/month flat-rate contract

This is an initial one-month independent contractor engagement with the opportunity to extend the engagement monthly by mutual agreement.

The role is remote and deliverables-based. The contractor will determine their own workflow and schedule while meeting agreed-upon deliverables, deadlines, brand guidelines, and safety requirements.
