About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Engineering Student to join our team as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at our skincare manufacturing facility in Spanish Fork, Utah that can START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
This is a hands-on opportunity for a student interested in manufacturing, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, automation, or equipment operations. You will work alongside our engineering and production teams to help maintain, troubleshoot, improve, and optimize the equipment used to manufacture and package skincare products.
What You'll Work With
Our manufacturing equipment includes:
Production and filling lines
Industrial homogenizers and mixing equipment
Tube filling and sealing machines
Sachet filling and packaging machines
Pumps, motors, conveyors, and other production equipment
General manufacturing and packaging machinery
Responsibilities
Assist with setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment
Help diagnose mechanical and equipment issues on production lines
Assist with preventative maintenance and basic repairs
Support equipment testing, improvements, and process optimization
Help reduce downtime and improve production efficiency
Document equipment settings, maintenance, repairs, and procedures
Work with production employees to identify recurring equipment issues
Assist our engineering team with manufacturing and facility projects
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an Engineering or related technical program
Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar majors are preferred
Interest in machinery, manufacturing, automation, or mechanical systems
Comfortable working hands-on with tools and equipment
Strong problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and ask questions
Dependable and able to work well with both engineering and production teams
Previous manufacturing experience is not required. We are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and interested in gaining real-world engineering experience.
Schedule
Part-time or full-time available
Flexible scheduling around school schedules
Work is performed onsite at our Spanish Fork, Utah manufacturing facility
Compensation
$12–$14 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
