Businesses subscribe to Zeality campaigns starting at $299/month, receive monthly Credits for Face/Off games, and can purchase additional Credit bundles as participation grows. Each business is supported by a Growth Partner who helps turn its offer into a campaign and stays involved after launch.
We're looking for an energetic early-career Growth Partner Intern to help establish Zeality's Bay Area Ground Zero through San José State University, Gary Payton, Hyphy Culture, SJSU athletes, creators, and local business partners.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN AND DO- Sell Zeality subscriptions beginning at $299/month.
- Sell additional Credit bundles and larger managed campaign packages.
- Introduce local businesses to SJSU and creator-led campaigns.
- Help businesses choose rewards that make sense for their customers.
- Coordinate campaign setup, launch details, QR materials, and approved offers.
- Manage business accounts after launch.
- Track games played, player participation, rewards earned, and redemptions.
- Provide simple updates and identify renewal or expansion opportunities.
- Work with Zeality's founder and production team on demos, proposals, and launches.
- Maintain a simple account and sales pipeline.
- Find a business with a compelling offer.
- Show how customers choose a reward and play for it.
- Close the monthly subscription.
- Help the business approve its reward and campaign terms.
- Launch the campaign.
- Review participation and redemption activity.
- Renew, expand, and add Credits when the campaign is working.
- SJSU student, recent graduate, athlete-marketing connector, campus leader, or Bay Area community builder.
- Existing relationships with local businesses, athletes, creators, clubs, or organizations.
- Comfortable with social DMs, email, calls, events, and in-person introductions.
- Organized enough to manage several business accounts at once.
- Curious about sports, culture, creators, customer acquisition, and emerging media.
- Sales experience is helpful but not required.
- Build a list of 50 Bay Area target businesses.
- Conduct 25 qualified business conversations.
- Book 15 demos.
- Build at least $150,000 in qualified subscription and Credit pipeline.
- Help close two initial business accounts or pilot partners.
- Establish a repeatable SJSU-to-local-business referral motion.
$22–$25 per hour, approximately 10–15 hours per week, plus performance-based commissions.
Target first-year earnings: $30,000–$45,000 annualized, based on hours worked and achievement of agreed sales and account-growth targets.
Commission structure, account attribution, payment timing, renewals, and expansion bonuses will be explained during the interview and documented in writing before work begins.
Academic credit may be available if applicable.
