Creator Seeding Lead
Title: Creator Seeding Lead (Contract, with a path to full-time)
Company: Theorem
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL — hybrid. Most of the work is wherever you are; some days are in person.
Type: Part-time contract, 4–6 months. About 15–20 hours a week.
Start: November 2026
Instagram: @taketheorem
Overview:
Theorem is a premium wellness brand based in South Florida, and we're launching our first product this fall. Two founders and a product that we've spent 2 years perfecting.
We're bringing on our first person on the marketing side, and the job is to run the creator program — the part where people actually find out Theorem exists.
What you'd own:
We've built a list of about 500 creators. The plan is to get product into the hands of the right ones and let them tell their audiences about it.
You'd run that. Not assist with it. Run it.
- Decide who gets product. You'll work through the first 50 with us so you know what we're going for, and after that the calls are yours.
- Be the voice creators hear from first. You write the outreach and handle the replies.
- Get product out the door. Ship it, track who has it, follow up until the content is live.
- Run @taketheorem day to day. Creative direction sits with our co-founder; you'd own the calendar and get posts out.
- Own the numbers. Every creator gets a code, so you'll see exactly what your program produces. So will we.
The first few hundred people who buy Theorem will mostly get there because of a creator you picked. That's the job.
Who we're hoping to find:
- Someone who wants this to be theirs. You'd be building the creator program from the first name to the last post, and you'd end up knowing it better than anyone.
- You've graduated, or you're done with classes, and you can be around from mid-November through mid-January. That's our launch window and we need you in it.
- You already live on Instagram and you get creator culture without being taught.
- Familiar with Trybe or similar affiliate platforms.
- A previous role/internship on a DTC brand's social or creator team would be great. Beverage or wellness even better.
- South Florida with a car.
- Comfortable in a spreadsheet. The list is where the work lives.
Where this goes:
The contract runs 4–6 months, through launch. If the program works — and you'll know, because you'll be looking at the numbers with us every week — this turns into a full-time role building it out. This is a ground-floor seat on a brand that's about to exist, and the person who runs the creator program well is going to matter here.
How to apply:
Send your resume and answer one question in a paragraph:
Pick a creator you follow who you'd send a premium wellness product to. Who are they, and why would their audience actually buy it?
