Position Summary
Crow Holdings Capital Real Estate offers rising juniors and seniors the opportunity to participate in a comprehensive Summer Internship Program across multiple investment functions, including Investor Relations and Investor Coverage. The intern will have the opportunity to support and train on existing and prospective investor relationships by assisting with managing the fundraising process for new CHC real estate private equity funds and ventures, interacting with investors through initial and ongoing diligence efforts. Candidate should have comfort researching and writing about real estate trends, be detail-oriented, analytical, and a self-starter.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in completing Due Diligence Questionnaires, Requests for Proposals, and ad-hoc requests to current and potential limited partners
- Assist in communication for diligence and on-going questions between investors and CHC
- Assist in coordinating presentations and meetings with investors
- Support the fundraising process for new vehicles
- Track investor opportunities and outreach in Salesforce
- Assist in preparation of fund/venture marketing pitchbooks and fund Private Placement Memorandums
- Work closely with Legal, Fund Management and Compliance to execute fund closings
- Conduct real estate industry research for presentations and investor questions
- Conduct investor market research to assist fundraising
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in Business, Finance, or Real Estate), Graduating Spring 2028
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of real estate investments and fundamentals, experience with real estate research a plus
- Strong analytical quantitative and organizational skills, with highest level of attention to detail
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Experience in Salesforce a plus
- Experience in CoStar a plus
