Are you a creative, organized marketing professional who loves keeping projects moving, coordinating campaigns, and making sure the details don’t fall through the cracks?

We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator to join a busy team in Pittsburgh!

✨ What makes this role stand out?
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Hybrid schedule – minimum 3 days in the office
• Marketing + communications + public relations
• Digital marketing, social media & email campaigns
• Content creation & website updates
• Events, media requests & promotional projects
• Vendor and agency coordination
• Marketing metrics, budgets & project tracking
• Plenty of variety — no two days are exactly alike!

🎯 We’re looking for someone who has:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
✔️ 1+ year of relevant experience
✔️ Strong organizational and project coordination skills
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication
✔️ Experience with digital marketing, social media, email, content, or events
✔️ Microsoft Office proficiency
✔️ Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or project management software experience is a plus
