About the Internship
The Communications & Community Outreach Intern will help strengthen gep’s digital presence and grow connections with artists, organizations & communities that align with our mission.
Responsibilities may include:
• Creating and scheduling social media content
• Writing & editing blog posts, stories and other digital content
• Researching artists, community organizations & potential partners
• Supporting outreach to artists & community partners
• Helping develop outreach campaigns & communications materials
• Maintaining organized outreach & communications records
• Contributing ideas for increasing awareness of gep and its initiatives
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a thoughtful, creative communicator with strong writing & research skills. Students studying communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, nonprofit management, art/design or related fields are encouraged to apply.
This is a remote internship offering hands-on experience with the development & communications of a growing nonprofit organization.
