About RAIN
RAIN is an AI-powered career preparation platform that launched in October 2024. Since then, it has been used by students at over 1,000 colleges and universities and partnered with 60+ career centers to help students navigate every step of the internship and full-time job search, from resume and cover letter building to networking, interview preparation, and job-search organization, among much more. We're a lean, fast-growing startup spreading quickly across the country.
The Role
As a Campus Growth Ambassador, you're the face of RAIN at your school. You'll build awareness and bring new students onto the platform through in-person events, short-form video, and word-of-mouth. You'll also be our eyes and ears on the ground, gathering student feedback and helping shape the product. It's a hands-on, flexible role with direct access to the founding team.
Responsibilities
- Run tabling events and hang flyers around campus
- Film short videos for RAIN's channels, typically a couple per week, using scripts we provide
- Promote RAIN peer-to-peer and help classmates sign up and stay active on the platform
- Gather honest feedback from students and share it with the team
- Test new features and report on what is and isn't working
- Represent RAIN professionally across your campus community
Qualifications
- Current student, any year and any major; no GPA requirement
- Outgoing and socially connected, with strong reach on campus through clubs, teams, Greek life, or other student organizations
- Comfortable and confident speaking on camera
- Reliable and self-directed, able to run an event on your own
- Interested in startups and eager to make an impact from day one
