About the Learning Opportunity:

We are seeking an ambitious, trend-obsessed Content Creation Intern to join us in-studio in Miami for our brand, Divino Seas. We are not teaching content basics from scratch—prior content creation experience and a high-taste portfolio are required.

Our goal for Divino Seas is simple: build visual assets, campaign reels, and studio content that stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Monday Swimwear, Cult Gaia, Rhode, and Bamba Swim. You will work directly inside our Miami creative studio, assisting with editorial lighting, shoot days, content staging, video capture, and high-fashion flat-lay styling, and more for our social media and ads.

What You Will Learn & Practice (Hands-On Experience):

Studio Production & Lighting Setup: Learn how to set up professional studio lighting, reflectors, shadows, and camera angles for editorial swimwear and resort wear shoots, as well as conduct photography equipment (camera, iPhone)

Edgy Luxury Flat-Lay Styling: Practice arranging, lighting, and capturing high-fashion flat-lays, product textures, and accessory pairings that look like campaign spreads.

Short-Form Video Production: Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage, product movement, macro detail shots, and high-energy transitions for TikTok and Reels.

Asset Curation & Color Grading: Learn digital color grading techniques and mobile editing apps (CapCut, Lightroom) to ensure visual consistency across all channels.

On-Set Execution: Assist creative leads during live model shoots, location days, and studio staging.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Mandatory: Prior experience creating short-form video content, social graphics, or fashion photography (portfolio/link required with application).

Location: Must be based in the Miami area and able to attend weekly in-person studio days.

Aesthetic: Deep understanding of edgy luxury, modern resortwear, and high-end aesthetic branding.

Tech Skills: Proficiency with iPhone camera settings, mobile lighting equipment, and CapCut/Lightroom/Canva.
