About the Role
Jabbawockeez is seeking a reliable and motivated Production Assistant to support our production and operations team in Las Vegas.
This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity for someone interested in entertainment, live events, production, and operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day production and operational needs
- Assist with rehearsals, performances, events, content shoots, and special projects
- Help with setup, breakdown, equipment, and production materials
- Handle weekly errands, pickups, deliveries, and transportation needs
- Maintain organized workspaces and production areas
- Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications
- Current college student, recent graduate, or equivalent experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow direction
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Able to adapt to changing priorities
- Able to lift and carry approximately 40–50 lbs
- Interest in entertainment, production, events, or related industries preferred
Schedule
Part-time with a flexible schedule based on production needs. Some evenings, weekends, rehearsals, performances, shoots, and events may be required.
