- Write and send email newsletters and e-blasts (e.g., via Mailchimp)
- Photograph artwork and installations for archival and promotional use
Exhibitions & Artist Support
- Prepare for exhibitions and events, including installation, de-installation, and ongoing maintenance
- Coordinate with artists, art installers, framers, photographers, videographers and other vendors/contractors
- Assist with artist studio visits and studio-to-gallery logistics

- Bachelor's degree in Art History, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of experience in a gallery, museum, or customer-facing arts environment a plus
- Passion for contemporary art and enthusiasm for our program
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — verbal and written
- Comfortable engaging with diverse audiences, from first-time visitors to seasoned collectors
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and standard office software (MS Office, Google Suite)
- Experience with gallery management software (e.g., Artwork Archive) is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with physical tasks including lifting and carrying artwork
- Flexible availability, including 2-3 weekends per month
WHAT WE OFFER
- A dynamic, creative work environment surrounded by inspiring artwork
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience
- 20 days PTO annually, plus the week between Christmas and New Years off
- Opportunities for professional development, curatorial involvement, and career growth
- A collaborative environment for those who care about art and want to build a career in it

- Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter telling us about your background and why you're excited about this role. Applications without a cover letter will not be considered. We look forward to hearing from you!
