About Boss Kidz Inc.

Boss Kidz Inc.’s mission is to inspire students who feel disconnected from school by providing a creative, hands-on environment where they can develop professional and life skills centered on business, leadership, and financial independence.

Role Overview

Are you a natural on camera with an established social media presence? Boss Kidz Inc. is seeking creative, outgoing Campus Influencer & PR Interns nationwide to serve as the voice, face, and creative energy of our brand.

Instead of traditional back-office marketing, this role centers on public relations, journalism, on-camera storytelling, and digital influence. You will produce viral short-form content, engage your student/local community, and drive national brand awareness for Boss Kidz Inc. across TikTok and Instagram.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the Face of the Brand: Host on-camera interview clips, share authentic video logs, and produce dynamic TikToks/Reels highlighting youth leadership, entrepreneurship, and Boss Kidz Inc. initiatives.
  • Public Relations & Media: Storytell through digital media, cover student success stories, and act as a media spokesperson/student journalist for online campaigns and podcast features.
  • Community Engagement: Leverage your digital influence to engage college students, local youth leaders, and brand supporters across the country.
  • Content Creation: Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality video content using mobile editing apps and social media trends.

What We’re Looking For

  • Target Majors: Public Relations (PR), Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, Digital Media, or related fields.
  • Established Following: An active, engaged presence on Instagram or TikTok with an established follower base.
  • On-Camera Presence: High energy, natural charisma, confidence in front of the lens, and clear verbal communication.
  • Editing Skills: Hands-on experience filming and editing short-form video content using tools like CapCut or Canva.
  • Reliability: Self-starter mindset, strong accountability, regular weekly communication, and the ability to meet project deadlines.
