Position Summary: Habitat for Humanity of Dutchess County is seeking a dynamic and organized part-time Marketing and Admin Manager to strengthen our communications, marketing, and resource development efforts. This role is responsible for managing brand messaging, designing digital and print marketing materials, donor communications, and grant and donation administration. The ideal candidate is creative, tech savvy, precise, and highly organized, managing diverse tasks in a collaborative, mission driven environment.

Marketing and Communications
- Implement marketing and communications strategies that support fundraising, volunteer engagement, and community awareness, including general fundraising campaigns.
- Draft and design press releases and public communications, including digital newsletters and website pages/articles.
- Design and produce mailers, flyers, signage, email campaigns, and digital content using tools like Canva.
- Create and manage content for our website and social media accounts in partnership with third party support organization Community Connect.
- Maintain consistent branding across all communication channels, in line with Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) branding requirements
Fundraising Administration
- Collaborate with the Director of Strategic Partnerships on development priorities, fundraising campaigns, donor communications, and stewardship, providing practical support in content development, implementation, and administration.
- Manage donor database (currently Network for Good), process donations, issue tax receipts, and maintain accurate donor profiles.
- Process donor acknowledgments and undertake impact reporting and campaign tracking.
Event and Build/Repair Site Support
- Provide marketing and on site support for certain sponsored build and repair days, fundraisers, and special events, including playing a key role in helping to organize and administer our annual Hearts and Hammers fundraising event.
- Assist with event logistics, vendor communications, invitations and RSVP tracking, and day of coordination.
This is a part-time, non-exempt position. Hours are 24 hours per week on average.
Hourly rate: $25 per hour.
