America’s Best Event Photography is looking for energetic, dependable team members to join our growing team!
Event Photographers
Capture exciting moments at youth sports events throughout the DFW area. Photography experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and comfort working with kids and families are important.
Sales & Customer Service Staff
Help families have a great experience at our events by assisting with sales, answering questions, and providing friendly customer service. We’re looking for outgoing, dependable people who enjoy working with others.
What You Need to Know
- Our home office is located in Burleson, TX
- We travel to youth sports events within approximately 2 hours of the DFW area
- Reliable transportation is required
- Weekend events often require early Saturday morning availability
- Weekday events are generally held after school hours
- We work at outdoor sports fields and youth gyms, so you should be comfortable working in a variety of environments and weather conditions
- Must be dependable, energetic, and able to work well with a team

The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborating closely with photo, digital, and sales team members to produce high-quality photographic products that create and preserve cherished memories.
- Ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Thriving in a high-energy, deadline-driven environment. This includes the ability to organize and execute photography within strict time constraints while consistently maintaining the quality of the final product.
- Maintaining a professional and positive demeanor when interacting with team members and customers, particularly in challenging or rapidly evolving circumstances.
Requirements:
- Possession of reliable transportation.
- Availability to work during evening hours and/or weekends.
- Successful completion of a mandatory background check.
- Completion of all new employee documentation, including Form I-9.
Compensation:
- Starting wage of $15 per hour for Photo Assistants and Sales Associates.
- Starting wage of $17 per hour for Photographers.
