Grant Writer Internship

EndsideOut, Inc. is a small nonprofit organization based in Baltimore, MD, with the mission of delivering health education to students, families and communities. We are looking for a grant writer to join our team. This is a remote, part-time internship (unpaid).

Responsibilities include: 

• Research and identify grant funding opportunities suitable for our mission and goals
• Develop letters of inquiry (LOI) and grant proposal packages, including writing narratives, budgets and other required documents, complying with all required guidelines and deadlines

Qualifications & Skills

• Awarded a Bachelor’s degree in public health, health science, social science, communications, or related field
• At least one year of prior experience in grant writing and proven track record of successful applications.
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently work independently and as part of a team with enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications 
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage time, organize work demands, and meet deadlines
