Engagement Coordinator
Engagement Coordinator
PERSPECTIVE WEALTH ADVISORS
About the Role
Perspective Wealth Advisors is a growing, wealth management and tax planning firm in Loveland, CO. We’re building out our marketing and client engagement systems — and we need a sharp, reliable person to help us do it.
This is a hands-on helper role. You’ll work directly alongside our team to execute on the things that move the needle: making follow-up calls, helping build email and drip campaigns, supporting content creation, and keeping our marketing operations running smoothly. We’ll give you clear direction — your job is to run with it.
What You’ll Do
Build & Execute Marketing Operations
- Help build out email drip campaigns and automated sequences in HubSpot — we have the strategy, we need someone to make it real.
- Support webinar and workshop logistics: registration pages, reminder emails, post-event follow-up sequences, and attendee tracking.
- Keep HubSpot contacts clean — accurate records, proper tagging, no stale or duplicate entries.
- Help organize and maintain our content calendar so posting stays consistent across channels.
Follow-Up Calls & Outreach
- Make follow-up calls to warm leads — people who attended a workshop, registered for a webinar, engaged with our content, or came through a referral.
- When a client or partner sends us a name, you’re the one who calls, emails, and gets them scheduled with the right advisor.
- Follow up with prospects who haven’t yet booked — close that gap between interested and scheduled.
- These are not blind cold calls. You’ll have context and something real to talk about.
Content & Social Media Support
- Help film short-form video content with our advisors — set up the shot, keep things moving, stay organized.
- Post and recirculate content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Surface engagement signals — who’s commenting, clicking, following — and flag warm leads for the team.
General Team Support
- Jump in where needed. Some weeks that’s research, some weeks it’s printing workshop materials, some weeks it’s helping prep for a client event.
- You’re part of a small team — flexibility and a willingness to pitch in on whatever matters most that day goes a long way.
What We Offer
- $25–$30/hr with room to grow as the role evolves.
- A part-time, in-office role (15–25 hours/week) in Loveland, CO with real potential to expand for the right person.
- A ground-floor seat at a firm that’s actively building its growth engine — your fingerprints will be on it.
- Direct mentorship from our founding team. You’ll learn how a wealth management firm actually grows.
- A team that values hustle and capability over credentials.
