Operations & Events Intern
The Operations and Events intern will assist in events, operations, and logistics. This vital role encompasses event planning, data migration/management and assisting with a variety of smaller projects across Future Caucus. The intern must be available in Washington, D.C. starting the week of September 7 and be ready to tackle any challenges that arise during this timeframe. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience working in nonprofit operations, logistics and project management.

Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with internal data migration
- Operational and logistical support for Future Caucus’ Fall Forum programming, Nov. 16-18
- Updating and creating systems for internal tech (computer audit) and financial (nonprofit status) needs
- Organizing internal staff culture and wellness programming
- Other duties as assigned
Candidate Requirements:
- Current undergraduate student at an accredited institution
- Passion for Gen Z & Millennials in politics and/or future-focused ideas
- Hardworking, entrepreneurial spirit
- Acute attention to detail
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility
Qualifications:
- Effective project management skills: ability to multitask, work independently, and be resourceful
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Computer proficiency: strong working knowledge of G Suite products (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Highly motivated, personable, and energetic
- Punctual, reliable, and organized
- Ability to work as part of a team

Future Caucus is a nonprofit organization seeking qualified interns to take on significant responsibility and work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. Interns will work at a high level with Future Caucus’ staff. This is a hybrid position.
