Campus Correspondent / Host

Campus Correspondent / On-Camera Host (Paid)

Part-time, one-semester commitment, Miami area.

Who We Are

Hot Girl Hotline (hotgirlhotline.ai) is an AI advice app for brutally honest, big-sister advice, helping girls navigate everything from relationship drama and friendship conflicts to imposter syndrome. We've grown entirely through organic TikTok and Instagram, and we are hiring an on-camera host for our main account.

The Role

An on-camera role running man-on-the-street interviews for Hot Girl Hotline. You bring the energy and the camera presence; we bring the questions and the platform.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct man-on-the-street interviews on campus, asking guys questions about relationships.
  • Film and post a few videos a week to our main social accounts on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Capture fun, real reactions and turn them into scroll-stopping videos.

Skills We're Looking For

  • Confident approaching strangers and holding a conversation on camera.
  • Comfortable operating your own camera setup.
  • Naturally funny or charming on a mic.
  • A broadcast journalism or communications background is a plus

What You'll Learn and Gain

  • On-air interview reps and a published portfolio
  • Experience building a content format end to end, from question bank to posted video.
  • Direct feedback and guidance from the founding team of a fast-growing startup.

How to Apply

Apply through Handshake, and include a portfolio if you have one (even a personal TikTok account works).  If your application looks like a fit, we will set up a short sample step: a quick on-camera clip, about 45 seconds, so we can see your presence and delivery. We aim to give you a decision within a week of applying.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so apply early. Reach out to sumrin@alumni.stanford.edu with any questions.
