VIP Experiences Department Internship

237 Global is a tech, services, and VIP company focused on super-serving fans of musicians, athletes, and influencers.

As a leading creator tech business focused on revolutionizing the way A-list celebrities engage with their fans, 237 Global curates both virtual and in-person VIP experiences for their clients, as well as develops custom apps for creators, artists, and athletes.

237 Global is accepting applications for VIP Experiences Department Interns for the Fall 2026 semester. This position is offered in-person in our New York and Nashville offices.

Interns will assist our VIP Experiences Department with day-to-day tasks related to live eventsand concerts, with a focus on program design, ticketing, execution and settlement. The program

will include weekly learning sessions that will inform a semester-long project to be presented to

the department at the conclusion of the program.

Pay: $500/month stipend + College Credit if applicable

Internship Duties

  • Proofread documents and communications as needed
  • Check ticket links during presales and onsales
  • Organize, maintain, and archive VIP related documents
  • Create and update checklists and grids pertaining to upcoming events
  • Assist VIP Program Leads and Coordinators as needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Attend weekly Learning Sessions and complete weekly assignments pertaining to them
  • Create and present a final presentation at the end of the semester
  • Assist with execution of VIP events
  • Gather data on up-and-coming artists for the company

 

Requirements

  • Ability to be in office for tasks at least 15 hours/week
  • Strong knowledge of Google Suite & Microsoft Office
  • Ability to solve problems proactively
  • Ready to be part of a fast paced team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for Music and/or Entertainment as a whole

 

Additional Skills

  • Experience with entertainment venue box offices, promoters, booking agencies, or artist managers
  • Expertise in digital marketing, from having advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite to preparing/executing social media rollouts, and updating WordPress CMS

 

Please Note
The Fall 2026 VIP Experiences Internship semester will start the week of August 17 and end December 11, 2026. By applying, you are confirming that you will be able to intern for 15 hours a week in-person, starting the week of August 17 until December 11 with the exception of holidays and breaks.

As part of our VIP internship, we require our interns to attend a mandatory Weekly Learning Session every Wednesday at 12:00pm ET. By applying, you are confirming that you are available on Wednesdays to attend these weekly learning sessions.
